FACADE & SITE IMPROVEMENT
The Facade & Site Improvement Program aims to offer financial assistance to property owners and merchants striving to enhance, promote, and preserve the Greater Meredith community. The Greater Meredith Program Design Committee therefore invites applicants, adhering to the listed criteria, for monetary assistance up to a value of $5,000.

APPLICATIONS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Facade or Site must be within Meredith.
- Proposed improvements must be visible from the streetscape.
- Proposed improvements are to embrace the Facade & Site Improvement Design Guidelines.
- Projects are to be submitted to the Design Committee for review.
- Only one application, per applicant, may be submitted per calendar year.
DESIGN COMMITTEE SELECTION CONSIDERATIONS:
- Visual impact of the improvements and their overall effect.
- Historical significance of the property.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously received assistance.
Applications must be received by December 18, 2009.
Successful applicants will be notified in January, 2010. Grant funds will be issued in two installments, 50% at inception and 50% following completion of the project and final inspection by the Greater Meredith Program Design Committee.
